AFC Toronto has signed Canadian forward Kaila Novak, who previously played for Durham Women FC in England.
Novak brings international and collegiate experience, including representing Canada at the U17 and U20 World Cups.
AFC Toronto’s Sporting Director, Billy Wilson, praised Novak’s directness, fearlessness, and versatility.
Novak expressed her excitement to return to Canadian soil and contribute to the team’s success in the Northern Super League.
Known for her pace and work rate, Novak has also founded a media and marketing business.
Novak is immediately eligible to play and is the club’s fifth summer addition.
