Due to inclement weather, the Toronto Maple Leafs have moved their open practice to the Mattamy Athletic Centre at Maple Leafs Gardens on Monday at 11 AM. This marks only the third time since 1999 that the Leafs will return to their former home for an event. Fans attending will have the opportunity to engage with the history of Maple Leaf Gardens, which also served as the first venue in Toronto to consistently host world-championship-caliber pro wrestling. WWE Superstars will support Maple Leafs players through a 3-on-3 tournament. Fans could sign up through the Maple Leafs app to win passes. Last year’s outdoor practice was held at the Prince of Wales Rink in Mimico. With a game against the Buffalo Sabres on Tuesday, Monday’s practice will likely provide a look at projected line combinations.
